Do I get to choose my videos?From the videos we send your way, you always get to choose which you’d like to view. How often can I use AdGenesis?AdGenesis platforms are accessible 24/7, so you can watch the videos in your queue whenever it's convenient for you. You can view videos as long as there are videos in your queue to watch. How do you keep track of my views?When you're logged in, go to the “My Rewards” pageand click on “How I Got My Rewards.” Remember, only videos for which you correctly entered the two numbers will count toward your total number of videos viewed, and therefore make them eligible for earning AdGenesis Rewards Currency or sweepstakes entries. How do I earn and redeem my AdGenesis Rewards Currency?You may earn AdGenesis Rewards Currency from a number of different activities on the site, depending on which features are made available by the Web site you use to access the AdGenesis service. These activities may include when you watch videos, when you invite friends to join, when you share videos and when you purchase a product from one of our featured advertisers. You can read ourRewards Currency Policy for complete details, but here’s the skinny: Watching Videos You can earn AdGenesis Rewards Currency from watching videos in your “New Matches” queue. In order to earn rewards, you must enter the correct two numbers that scrolled across your video player during the video. Inviting Friends (Not available on all Web sites) You can earn AdGenesis Rewards Currency by inviting friends either through Facebook, Twitter or email. Making Purchases (Not available on all Web sites) When you purchase something through a participating AdGenesis partner, forward your purchase confirmation email to buy@AdGenesis.com and we'll reward you with 5% of your purchase value in AdGenesis Rewards Currency (valid on the first $100 of your purchase only). To qualify, you must make the purchase at the Web site of the retailer featured in the offer by clicking on the offer (either at the end of a video or in your “My Offers” tab). Please be sure that the purchase confirmation is sent from the email address that you used to register with AdGenesis. Once we receive your email and confirm the purchase with the vendor, we will then credit your account with your reward, and send you a confirmation that the credit has been added to your account. Please note that the time needed to confirm the purchase with the vendor can vary, from a few seconds to several days, so please be patient. Am I required to give the entire amount?The rewards redemption options available to you may vary depending on which Web site you use to access the AdGenesis service. Where the option to donate to charity is available, you can give as much or as little as you like, in $1 increments of currency value, right from our site, provided your balance exceeds the redemption threshold, which is listed on the Redeem Rewards section of the AdGenesis service. When you click “Use My Points” on the “My Rewards” page, you can select the Charity option, if it is available, and select a charity from the list. When you have completed the process by clicking Process Payment, your Rewards History will indicate your Total Charitable Contributions. Do I get to choose which charity my money assists? And may I suggest one?Yes. You may choose a charity from the list of available AdGenesis Cares charities. You will be able to read a description of each charity before making your choice. AdGenesis will continue to rotate its selection of available charities on a regular basis. Since we are always on the lookout for worthy causes, we'll take into consideration suggestions from AdGenesis members. If you know of a deserving charity, make a suggestion by emailing us at support@AdGenesis.com. From your “My Rewards” page, you will see a‘Charity option in the “Use My Points” section, when available. You will then be directed to the “AdGenesis Cares” page where you can choose a charity from the list of available AdGenesis charities. If you choose to donate to a charity, no further action is required — AdGenesis handles the delivery of the payment for you via electronic deposit. What else can I redeem my points for?You can also choose to redeem your points for music, from our music catalog containing thousands of songs (not available on all AdGenesis platforms.) Upon reaching the cash-out level, simply click on the music note option on the Use My Points page, and begin searching our extensive music catalog where you can choose from thousands of your favorite songs! How do I download the music I have redeemed my points for?You can download your songs by clicking "Download Now" after you have confirmed your purchase. You will also receive an email with the link to download your song shortly after making your purchase. Remember, you have ONE hour to download your music before this link expires. How long do I have to download my music?You have ONE hour to download your song. We suggest downloading your song immediately after making your purchase to avoid any confusion. What if I don't receive my download via email?Be sure to check your Spam folder! If you still do not see your email, remember, your confirmation page and download link will also appear on your order confirmation page that appears in the music store. What if I have a problem with my download?If for any reason, your song does not download properly, please be sure to let us know. Please be sure to include your order confirmation number, so we can find your exact order and best understand what occurred. How do points get deducted from my account when I download music?Once you have completed your purchase, your points will be deducted from your Beezag account. Please note, if you choose to only use some of your points to download music, you will need to reach cash-out threshold again, before you can once again redeem your points. When advertisers track their campaigns, you are merely a statistic (one of the few times in life it’s good to be just a number), so your private info remains just that. But if you elect to remit some or all of your AdGenesis earnings to your PayPal account, and your yearly payout from AdGenesis will exceed $600, then you will need to add your Social Security number to your profile for tax purposes in order to complete the Redeem Rewards process.
